Our field trip on Saturday February 18th to Indian River Inlet in Delaware will meet at the parking lot on the north side of the Indian River Inlet at 9:00 am (@38.6103905,-75.0672024). Join us as we search for wintering waterfowl, gulls, seabirds and other winter visitors. Besides birding Indian River Inlet and Rehoboth Bay, we will stop at Silver Lake, Cape Henlopen State Park, and Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge. Be sure to have made a pit stop before you arrive at the inlet, make sure you have enough fuel in your car, dress for the weather, bring lunch and bring your telescope if you have one. Martin Selzer will be the field trip leader.
